We offer a let-only service for those Landlords seeking student tenants. We will market your property, though the information that you give us though the Landlord Portal. We are specialists in reaching the student market, registration is FREE and we do not charge a penny for displaying your property on our website. If we find a group of students to move into your property we charge a one off fee of £150 per property and we pass no charge onto the student.

Landlord Certificates
As landlords ourselves we know running properties to high standard can be difficult. We offer a certificates service that allows you to order all your necessary certificates online and all in one place so you can stay the right side of the law without any hassle. The good news is that we will remind you when your certificates need renewing!
We offer 3 types of certificate:
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
£55 per property
An EPC rates how energy efficient your property is by giving it a rating. It is a legal requirement in order to advertise your property as 'to let'. This certificate lasts 10 years.
Gas Safety Certificate
£65 per property
A Gas Safety Certificate is required by law to be held for all rental accommodation in the UK where there are gas appliances present. Gas Safety Certificates are made out by technicians registered with the Gas Safe Register scheme.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
£45 per property
PAT is a process in which every electrical appliance that you supply to tenants are routinely checked for safety. We recommend that a good health and safety policy would be to carry out the PAT once a year.
